Fiber glass construction is mainly used for softer and comfortable boards designed for freeride. This technology offers extreme flexibility and comfort. Due to multiaxial fibers the board has more flex in torision and still remains very strong, as the fibers reinforce it in multiple directions.

Core is one of the most essential elements in every kiteboard and we are very aware of this fact. Therefore we choose only finest selection wood for the core of all CrazyFly kiteboards. 3T CNC Shaped Wood Core is very unique. It is made out of a special Thai exotic wood and its main properties are ultra light weight and extreme flexibility. Wood is a great material, because it has natural flex and pop abilities, which no plastic could replace. Having a full wood core made from continuous wood fiber from Tip To Tip without joints makes the board much more flexible and stronger. To have precisely shaped cores of highest quality we are using a CNC to cut the outlines and drill holes. 3T CNC Shaped Wood Core is a part of every CrazyFly kiteboard.

Tip To Tip wood core has no joints, maintains wood's natural flex properties, and is incredibly light. The rider can enjoy a light board with excellent flex and pop properties.

Our cooperation with the world leader in top sheet industry allows us to use the latest worldwide developments for the production of our kiteboards. By using the best solutions in our production process we have consistency in high quality and tremendous performance, even under extreme stress situations on the sporting equipment. Our new UV stabile top sheet foil maintains its original colors even after hot tropical sunrays heat up the board. CrazyFly's topsheets have excellent gliding ability, and maintain its cool look.

With the UV stable top sheet foils the colors on the board stay the same for a long time, so you can enjoy looking at the pretty board.

We decided to use ABS side walls construction as the best one in this industry. ABS is a high strength, very durable thermo-plastic material. The adherent bonding with upper and lower reinforcement carbon materials creates a torsion box, with high torsional stiffness. CNC shaped and hand fine finished rails you can be found on all of our boards. Bright colors help you to find your board in the water.

Concave bottom and 3D ABS rails make carving and switching between carves smooth and easy.

After years of testing, CrazyFly's designers decided to use the new tail outline on the boards. This new feature allows the rider to load up an edge when performing jumps, leading to more hang (air) time and better tricks.

We use G10 fins with a very thin profile in order to prevent drag. G10 fins are durable and hard to break. G10 material is the best solution in the industry.

G10 is a legend. You can not find something better in fins production. Excellent strength, stiffnes and durability. The profile of our fins is still radically thin with minimum hydrodynamic resistance. 2010 line of fins is characterized by nice colors – it helps you to catch sight your board when it is lost.

It is very complicated to make a mathematic simulator of flex which would be accepted by top riders. We have chosen the other way: to make an analytic search of human feelings of our riders and test riders. We improved our successful progressive flex tips on the boards for the year 2009. It is accomplished by allowing more flex on the tips only and making the central area of the board even stiffer.

After a couple hours of riding in choppy water your knees are tired and hurt. Our new developed Shock Absorbing System damps the shocks from water and vibration of board during performance riding. The unique smooth feeling of riding is guaranteed with cooperation of our Shock Absorbing System and Progressive flex II control system. Both together, they make the CrazyFly board amazingly collected. Now you can ride while the sun is up in the sky.

With the brand new Quick Fix II you can mount the straps faster and easier than ever before.

With our Quick fix II strap system you just need a couple seconds to mount it on the board. Easy and simple, but the result is charming. The straps always stay in their position. In combination with our lightweight dual desity EVA pro pads you are able to change the position and angle of pads very easy and fast.

New leather straps bring more comfort, maintain its shape and are very light.

In CrazyFly, we do not simply follow fashion trends on the market. We produce highest quality products for kiteboarding to give users the most benefits. High quality and durability go hand in hand and our light weight dual density EVA pads are not an exception. Some might ask, why we do not have EVA injection molded pads as the majority of the market and the answer is quite straight forward. We do not focus on cost cutting and profits, but rather on producing best possible products. Our dual density EVA pads are much more durable than injection EVA pads. This has been tested and proved over a long period of time and that is why we offer them to you.

The position of inserts on the board to assemble in footpads offers stance width options. Our new Stance Angle Adjustable Pads enable the rider to adjust the stance angle, to fit your personal preference, in a few seconds. A combination of the kite shape and bridle set up allowed us to give MooWii slower and smooth turning response, which makes the kite suitable for beginners and intermediate riders. With its slower reactions the kite is very forgiving to the rider’s mistakes.

MooWii offers some serious depower range. Even though the depower is bigger than necessary it does not affect the steering ability of MooWii. The kite is easily controlled and steered when depowered.

Safety and self rescue should be the first things learned in Kiteboarding, so a wing tip handle for beginners and school kite was a must for us.

Is an easy way how to inflate the kite quickly with the same pressure throughout the kite.

There are three attachment points on the wing tips of the kite for the back lines. These three back lines attachment points can increase or decrease the reactions and the turning speed of the kite. Changing between these points also increase or decrease the bar pressure. Customize your kite according to your preferences and enjoy the ride.

CrazyFly Equip Bar II was carefully developed and designed to be: simple, easy to use, comfortable, safe and of highest quality. Of course it also had to perform extremely well. With these thoughts in our minds we have designed the ultimate bar control system. The comfort and the performance of this control system are unbelievable. The rider will feel very connected to the kite and very much in control. Comfortable EVA grip and soft DuPont® Bar Ends provide a luxurious touch and feel. The rider is in control even in troubles or dangerous situation. Thanks to our push away safety system the rider is able to instantly kill the power of the kite with just one simple push. This bar offers a lot variety of usage, and can be adjusted accordingly in few seconds. Equip Bar II is 4 lines and 5 lines compatible. The designs of every part of the Equip Bar II were kept simple and had to provide the desired effects for maximum performance. This makes the bar very user friendly and simple to use.

Simple and easy to use safety system. We have used the highest quality materials possible for the safety system to make it extremely reliable. This system will never let you down in troubles, because you can simply push them away.

Original Clamcleat® is integrated in the Equip Bar II and enables quick and easy adjustments of the depower line. Once the adjustments have been made the Clamcleat® locks the line firmly. Pulling the depower line away from the bar makes the kite more depowered. The rider is able to tune up the kite to its maximum performance according to current wind conditions.

Enable the rider to adjust the length of back lines on the kite according to current wind condition. There are three hidden knots under the floater on the bar to which the rider can tie the back lines. Tying the back lines on the knot nearest to the bar gives the kite more power.

The bar ends have been designed to provide maximum comfort and safety. They match the contour of a hand and are made from a soft durable DuPont® elastomeric material in order to avoid blisters on your hand and possible injuries in case of hitting yourself with the bar.

The stopper can be easily moved along the depower line with one hand using just two fingers. Although it moves easily when pushed with a hand, it does not move an inch if you hit it with the bar. The stopper has a special shape and due to this, it will never slam your fingers between itself and the bar.

The chicken loop always connects to the central bar hole in the same direction as the bar. So the chicken loop is always in the right position and ready to be hooked after doing some unhooked tricks.

Highest quality Dyneema® flying lines from the leader in the industry specially designed for kiteboarding. FL-10 Flying Lines have a higher breaking load, lower elongation and lower specific weight then competitors. These lines have set a new standard for abrasion resistance due to new coating. A patented construction with monofil layer assures no kinking.

All Flying Lines on both 4 line and 5 line Equip bar II are 24 meters long. Therefore all Flying Lines can be easily replaced.
